What's escrow, and why does it matter?
Escrow just means we hold your money in a separate, safe account once you post a campaign. Creators don't get paid until their post passes our checks. If a campaign expires with unfilled slots, the unused money comes straight back to you. So you never have money sitting with a stranger waiting for them to deliver.
What does this cost me?
Three plans. Starter is 12% of your campaign budget, Growth is 8%, Enterprise is 5%. The fee is shown clearly at checkout — no hidden line items. You see exactly what you'll pay before you press anything.
What if I'm not happy with a post?
After a post is approved by our verification, you have 48 hours to flag it. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours and decides. If you're right, the money stays with you.
